Pro Clubs Disconnection

Me and my friends after the game get disconnected while trying to return to the lobby and it kicks us out of clubs all together. This glitch also causes our matches to not count. It most recently happened today (17/2/25) when we had won a game to get into promotion matches and then the glitch happened and the game never counted so we still needed 3 points to get back into the promotion games. This issue has been ongoing for weeks now and affects often important promotion/relegation matches.
