I had grinded so long and yesterday when I logged inn I was level 54 and I lost all my ting like clubs character and I got kicked out of my team and I lost all my presets

Thanks for all your reports about this Pro Clubs issue. We've had a previous thread about it here but are going to use this thread in the bug report section going forward.
This has been passed on to our team to look into as well. Some additional information would however be helpful for the investigation.
- What platform are you playing on?
- Did you all own the full game version, or are you playing via the FC Showcase?
- When have you first noticed the drop of your Clubs level?
xbox series x Ultimate edition was lvl 95 got put on showcase fifa then deranked to 55 lost all my builds and noticed instantly after coming of showcase mode and back on to full game
