I had grinded so long and yesterday when I logged inn I was level 54 and I lost all my ting like clubs character and I got kicked out of my team and I lost all my presets

This has been passed on to our team to look into as well. Some additional information would however be helpful for the investigation.
- What platform are you playing on?
- Did you all own the full game version, or are you playing via the FC Showcase?
- When have you first noticed the drop of your Clubs level?
Hello, I Have the same problem from one week ago, i contacted EA and of your colleagues (Kartik-Singh B.) said that it’s gonna be resolved, i upgraded again at level 65 and today 55 again.
I regret how can we have these problems in 2025, it’s a shame …
