I had grinded so long and yesterday when I logged inn I was level 54 and I lost all my ting like clubs character and I got kicked out of my team and I lost all my presets

Thanks for all your reports about this Pro Clubs issue. We've had a previous thread about it here but are going to use this thread in the bug report section going forward.
This has been passed on to our team to look into as well. Some additional information would however be helpful for the investigation.
- What platform are you playing on?
- Did you all own the full game version, or are you playing via the FC Showcase?
- When have you first noticed the drop of your Clubs level?

this issue has happened to me 2 times, first time i was level 93 and reset me to 55. i never found a solution so i just decided to keep grinding again. as of 10 minutes ago i was level 100 and now i'm level 55. is there any way i can keep my progress back?!
