I had grinded so long and yesterday when I logged inn I was level 54 and I lost all my ting like clubs character and I got kicked out of my team and I lost all my presets

Ps5 - full game - after Sony servers went down and the update of fc25
I had the same issue I was level 100 and I was surprised that I am level 55 now
I contacted the EA Help team and they still looking this is frustrating how even this could happen
please give me back my Points and skills I’m not gonna level up again
I attached some proof of my level before and now
you can see that I’ve reached the maximum of XP AND LEVEL 99
and now 55 check the right upper corner
was this issue ever resolved for you? i've been through this 2 times. first time i was level 93 to 55 and now level 100 to 55. Please let me know as soon as possible.
