Same here!!! Happened to me yesterday. Level 100 go straight to level 55 after some kinda server crash. Got the full version of the game.

I noticed I was reset last night.

3 Months and no attempt to sort the issue. I was level 100 in december and have been level 55 since January. Amazing how we paid €100 but cant keep progress. Simply no excuse they are literally updating it so theres 120 levels. Joke
