Pro clubs level reduced from 100 to 54

Mon niveau de progression dans les clubs professionnels a été réduit du niveau 100 à 55 maintenant ?

El día 10 de febrero me di cuenta del error en clubs pro y aún no resuelven nada en mi cuenta

and all of my presets were deleted too

I own the full version of the game 

I noticed it when the PSN servers came back online once they were down.

I had the same issue I was level 100 and I was surprised that I am level 55 now 

I contacted the EA Help team and they still looking this is frustrating how even this could happen 

please give me back my Points and skills I’m not gonna level up again 

I attached some proof of my level before and now

you can see that I’ve reached the maximum of XP AND LEVEL 99 

and now 55 check the right upper  corner

I am playing on PS5, own the full game standard version and I noticed it after the game updated

I was literally at 100 

My club just moved into division two

I had was the top goal scorer for the club and everything.
