Problems with changing the commentators' language

Hi. I reinstalled FC25 after some time, and I’m having an issue where I can’t change the commentators’ language. When I go into the language settings section, the option is greyed out with English selected, and it doesn’t let me change it to any other language.

I’ve tried reinstalling the game, running both Steam, where I bought the game, and the EA app as administrator, verifying the game files, forcing the language downloads through Steam, but nothing works. It still doesn’t let me change the option.

Btw i want to change it to spanish
