Problems with FC 25

I decided to go to FC 25, but the launch of the game is accompanied by many errors. 
1. When the game starts, it says "failed to start the game. Try again later(30).
2. "There were too many logins to the FC 25 game on this account"
Also, when trying to log in to the game via offline mode(I play career mode), EA app returns the error "couldn't verify license"
