SBCs - stuck after getting a reward - force restart

Hi folks!

I get this randomly but after completing an SBC for say an +88 campaign mix or similar - the screen stays stuck on a blurry screen with the Advance x button bottom-right and nothing happens

Forces you to restart the game then you got to UT - Store -and it tells you ”hmmm, you have something to manage first” and your reward is there
