UPDATE FROM MY ORIGINAL MESSAGE: Absolutely nothing has changed, not received pack still and to be fair if it doesn’t come for me and others by tomorrow i think extra compensation should be added as this is unacceptable from such a big company

Honestly they are a joke. I wasted an hour tonight trying to explain this to customer services.
Sent screenshots, guy admitted I completed the weekly objective then told me I hadn’t completed the completionist one.
I explained to him they are linked so what he says is impossible and he just closed the chat. Guy claimed to play FC, honestly didn’t have a clue.
The way EA treat customers with contempt is shocking.compensation is warranted here. Sort it outEA_Pulsar
Also Pulsar can you ask the staff don’t lie about playing the games because he clearly didn’t know what he was on about and then just closed the chat. This makes things even more frustrating.
