Same issue here. Customer service rep who claimed to also play the game said I hadn’t completed the Weekly Play completionist even though he agreed I had completed week 1. Same guy also claimed he played FC. Closed the chat on me when I tried to explain the two are extrinsically linked. Sort it out EA and get some staff who understand the games.
