been unavailable since thursday when challenges were released and those who completed them quick like us cannot unlock the pack but others who have claimed it at a later date are able to obtain the pack EA support is shocking, extra compensation should be given as something small yet crucial like this cannot be quickly fixed whereas the toty messi glitch last Fc was fixed in a matter of hours same with the tradeable hero pack
