Does EA know why and how the glitch happened? And has it or is it taking corrective action to not only ensure it doesn't happen this week, but for the remainder of the Objective and any similar ones planned for not only this season but future seasons?
If any compensation for affected users is given, how will EA ensure that it only goes to those players affected, and not to all players, ie some users have said that they have received the rewards, so in those cases, no compensation is needed.
