Finally got a reply to my email about this... was given a link to an troubleshoot page that revolved around turning my console on and off, and if that didn't work they provided me a link to the forums main page and suggested I post in there. I mean... Talk about banging your head against a brick wall, how are they getting away with ignoring such a major issue for so long. Even the poor admin who posted 3 days ago ain't replying to anyone. It's pathetic.
