Because currently, especially after an incident I had a good while ago now, has never been fixed to this day. And I'd like to see the company take ownership for the product not working as intended, as we are several that have supported you through many years, many controversial moments, and have spent money that could have been put to use elsewhere - which I hope you also understand.
