Just been told again to post in here again as this will solve the issue... Explained the whole situation to them 3 times for them to send me the same message. Seems the customer agents have been told to just send that reply to everyone. I don't know how they get away with it. Any other company would be fined massively by the FCA in the UK if they offered this poor a service for a product sold. Disgusting.
Has anyone actually recieved an apology from anyone at EA by any chance?
