Few questions I wanted to ask.
- Why has there been no updates to any questions your customers have being asking in this thread?
- What is the delay in fixing the problem when there is still time to release packs so EA can make money?
- Do you not care for your customers at all? The customers that spend £90 on a game in good faith, and many spend hundreds or thousands on store packs throughout the game but even with this you ignore them.
- if you do care for your customers, can you give a timescale of when this will be fixed or an update suggesting when this will be fixed? Or just fix this as a priority.
Updates needed and as good paying customers it’s something we are entitled to.

Because there are not money involved in this pack. So they take their time. When people buy packs in different languages the thing go fix in three days maximum and they also get a compensation for the issue. You wil get your fit birthday pack with Acosta inside. Shame on this game
