So nearly a week of comments etc. and still no closer to receiving the content we deserve!!
I know this is my own opinion, but you happily endorse and support people spending money on this game because of the absolute disproportionate pack weight which then entices people to buy packs etc. But as soon as something like this occurs it takes near on a week with little to no update from yourselves as to what is happening to resolve this!! EA please take the time to listen to your community and stop making generic posts for updates as to what is happening!!
Fully agree - we are treat with contempt and disdain, largely because its an uncompetitive marketplace. It will take one or two genuine competitors to enter the market for EA to changde its approach.
This is some of what should've happened from last Friday onwards:
- an acknowledgement that there was / is a glitch
- an explanation of how and why it happened
- an explanation of the corrective action that was being taken to 1) correct the glitch; and 2) ensure it wasn't repeated
- a timeline for the corrective action
- details of any compensation that affected players will receive and when
Updates should then have been posted at least once per day, on this forum, in the game's News tab, and across all social media platforms.
