I have contacted ea vianlive chat over this bug last night and today my case status is "closed/ no fix". Tring to get hold of them again but seriously do not expect to get anything sorted as usual.
I did exactly the same twice and on mine is written fixed in one and closed the other one. What a joke, same issue during the FC pro live with like 25 cases open, never got a response and I gave up on that. Customer service inexistent
