No update in over three weeks. This is extremely disappointing!!! Other people have received the latest pack and are on schedule to finish in a week and we are still being impacted by this longstanding and unresolved issue being penalised for what can only be described as poor management of problem which has affected 100's of users and next to no communication or resolution.
