I have the same issue from the very first week of the objective going live. It didn't register me completing the objectives and put me one week behind. I'm sitting at 3/5 done now. I was checking this forum religiously every day hoping EA resolved the problem. I actually came here today just to mark my name on the wall of tears, but accidentally discovered something else..
Can someone please confirm if my thinking is correct and the issue is actually corrected by EA by extending the time the objective expires? Did they add another week to it? It shows 15 days 5 hours right now, which means I can complete it another 2 times and actually get the 90+ x5 pack.
It appears that it has been extended, which is fine but once again, that should've been communicated to the customers / users. While that will help, it still puts a sizeable number of players at a disadvantage, as they are one week behind some other players.
Ultimately, the most frustrating thing is the lack of acknowledgement, accountability and communication with customers / users.
