I had a problem with the season pass i reached level 40 so i claimed all so i can choose ferran and ribery when i just pressed the claim the game bugged and started loading and kept loading for 10 mins and then disconnected after i connected i got the packs over ferran torres and frank ribery i need help with that please im really disappointed and sad because i grind for the past weeks .

I didnt open the pack yet so if there is any help or solution i will be really happy to get it .
i have the same problem as you i contacted the live chat but they did not offer any solution
