Has anyone experienced it where the season points/progress reset e.g put you back to level 1 on 0 xp but it still shows packs etc are claimed up to a certain level?

I have the same problem—my Season Pass suddenly reset from level 34 back to level 0 and started counting from scratch again (11 or 12/05/2025). I should already be almost at level 40 by now. This is unacceptable—we’re paying real money for this Season Pass!
Support just keeps stalling us with excuses like “we’re working on the issue”. Apparently this bug has happened before, because there are identical reports about it from four or five months ago. EA still hasn’t fixed it.
I would like either a proper solution or my money back for the Season Pass.
Completely agree. Absolutely pathetic, genuinely not too sure what they can do on the forums either. Lack of transparency between the advisors here and the live chat, not entirely sure how posting our feedback here will impact our account. Stuck in a cycle with no resolution, either resolve it our refund us. Becoming a joke now and we’re losing out big time
