Quick rant,
Has anyone experienced it where the season points/progress reset e.g put you back to level 1 on 0 xp but it still shows packs etc are claimed up to a certain level?

I have been working my way towards level 40 in the current season ladder. I've paid for the premium pass for the extra rewards. Suddenly about 2 days ago my progress has been reset even though I still have the rewards claimed. Now I'm unable to get the items I paid for because I have been reset to level 0 even though I should be near the end of the ladder. This is something I have paid for and I'm not recieving what I should be now. Is this going to be fixed or should I expect a refund?
I have had the same issue, I have contacted the live chat line and had someone respond to my forum post about it. Since I first contacted somebody almost 2 weeks ago no progress has been made. I was reset from level 15 to level 1 and I’ve even made it back to level 15 again. Not looking like they really care about this even though I bought the premium pass for 500 fifa credits. Good luck
