Quick rant,
Has anyone experienced it where the season points/progress reset e.g put you back to level 1 on 0 xp but it still shows packs etc are claimed up to a certain level?

- Your platform
- Username
- Date and Time when the issue occurred
- Any changes you've made on your account recently
- The error message (if any)
Also, make sure to restart your platform and sign back in to your account to help synchronize it.

5. Paid for premium pass at beginning of season 7 for extra content. When claiming standard award at level 25 and also level 40, the option for me to claim my premium award no longer appears and I haven’t claimed them. Please fix so I can claim my awards.
Cool, glad someone from EA asks for info but won’t take the time to read, reply or do anything about the issue.
