Quick rant,
Has anyone experienced it where the season points/progress reset e.g put you back to level 1 on 0 xp but it still shows packs etc are claimed up to a certain level?

- Screenshot for your current progress: Was 200 exp away from level 40, now currently level 11 after reset when making this comment.
Unable to claim level 40 player items for a premium pass that is purchasable with FC points and encountering such bugs is not acceptable.
