Quick rant,
Has anyone experienced it where the season points/progress reset e.g put you back to level 1 on 0 xp but it still shows packs etc are claimed up to a certain level?

I have the same problem, 1 week ago I was on level 23 and for no apparent reason my season pass plus was reset, I have opened three incidents and zero help, it is very very sad the large number of people affected and the little help from your company, it is very sad.
