Has anyone experienced it where the season points/progress reset e.g put you back to level 1 on 0 xp but it still shows packs etc are claimed up to a certain level?

What is going on with you at EA? My Season Pass hasn’t been working for over eight days now. I’ve earned 52,900 XP and still haven’t received my rewards for levels 35 to 40. This really isn’t acceptable — it’s taking way too long and nothing is being fixed.
Just give us the rewards manually already.
I haven’t received any response to the case I opened on EA Help, and I spent 90 minutes!!! in chat with a completely clueless support agent, only to be told: “Tough luck, you’ll just have to wait for your rewards.”
Please provide current information about the issue. It seems that the issue is affecting a lot of people.
