Quick rant,
Has anyone experienced it where the season points/progress reset e.g put you back to level 1 on 0 xp but it still shows packs etc are claimed up to a certain level?

Same thing happened to me
As of Thursday last week (May 15th) have been reset to 0. I should have been done all of it by now. Here are my details
- Your platform: XBOX S/X
- Username: altin1
- Timestamp when the issue occurred (Date and Time): May 15th, 3pm
- Any changes you've made on your account recently: No changes
- The error message (if any): No error message
- Screenshot for your current progress
Since this I have advanced to 16500 points but yet nothing to claim or nothing to show for
Purchased the premium pass with 1000 Fifa points and is gone now. Really sucks. Refund would be appreciated since EA could not deliver what they offered.

I doubt there is gonna be any fix till the new season starts and that is a shame
