Has anyone experienced it where the season points/progress reset e.g put you back to level 1 on 0 xp but it still shows packs etc are claimed up to a certain level?

This should be refunded. People bought the pass just because they could complete it quickly and be ahead of the power curve. This delay makes it pointless.
Why just now? I’m seeing reports about the matter from a week and half ago and It happened to me a week ago and still I’m not seeing anything done about it and no compensation in the meantime
It is already la liga tots and it’s not fixed yet ,you should be ashamed that it takes you so much time to address the situation and now some of us are behind the power curve because of you.
