Quick rant,
Has anyone experienced it where the season points/progress reset e.g put you back to level 1 on 0 xp but it still shows packs etc are claimed up to a certain level?

Find it funny that the issue is still not resolved despite it being posted over 2 weeks ago. The lack of communication here from the ‘managers’ is nothing short of embarrassing, working in a customer service environment myself, I’d be ashamed to give the level of service they have. Not only are they extremely slow with their replies, they completely disregard people’s messages clearly asking for help. Not everyone has the time to complete the season pass, let alone have to complete it for a second time like a lot of us have. Compensation in this case is a must, if not then to refund every single one of us who have purchased the pass and had this issue because the product is clearly not fit for purpose. What a mess of a company, can’t get anything right.
They just don't have a clue. There are so many issues with every patch/update, that they are constantly overwhelmed. Hell, the input delay has been an issue since the game launched, and they still haven't even found out what's causing it!
I'm just giving up on playing any EA title after this. They're pathetic.
