Quick rant,
Has anyone experienced it where the season points/progress reset e.g put you back to level 1 on 0 xp but it still shows packs etc are claimed up to a certain level?

Seeing you haven’t fixed it I would like to request a refund for my fc points. Please refund me immediately because this is unacceptable that two weeks have passed and still nothing has happened you could’ve at least sent out sp points to the ones harmed. So immediately I ask you to send me my fc points back.
