Quick rant,
Has anyone experienced it where the season points/progress reset e.g put you back to level 1 on 0 xp but it still shows packs etc are claimed up to a certain level?

I have exactly the same problem as many.
As you can see on the video i've linked, it occurs that i have reach the levels because it is said that i have unlocked the awards, but i had a reset of my PS and of my levels on the season pass.

- Timestamp when the issue occurred (Date and Time): 18th May, around 8.30 pm
- Any changes you've made on your account recently: No changes, i was doing my fut champion when i notices the issue
- The error message (if any): No error message
