Has anyone experienced it where the season points/progress reset e.g put you back to level 1 on 0 xp but it still shows packs etc are claimed up to a certain level?

Hi, I have been reached LV40 for the seasons objectives and I haven't all the rewards yet.
However, I found my season rewards was reset from LV1 after I keep earning the XP. What should I do to get back my rewards?
