Has anyone experienced it where the season points/progress reset e.g put you back to level 1 on 0 xp but it still shows packs etc are claimed up to a certain level?

As you are aware, I’ve had a persistent glitch with my paid Season Pass for the past three weeks, during which the service has been unfit for purpose. This delay in resolution is unacceptable for a paid product. In line with standard consumer expectations for digital services, I am requesting that this issue be fully resolved within 7 calendar days from today. If no satisfactory resolution is provided within this time frame, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter through the appropriate consumer protection or dispute resolution channels.
