Has anyone experienced it where the season points/progress reset e.g put you back to level 1 on 0 xp but it still shows packs etc are claimed up to a certain level?

Community ManagerHey AaronMani I’d like to investigate this issue further for you. Could you please provide the following information:
- Your platform
- Username
- Timestamp when the issue occurred (Date and Time)
- Any changes you've made on your account recently
- The error message (if any)
- Screenshot for your current progress.
Also, make sure to restart your platform and sign back in to your account to help synchronize it.
