Quick rant,
Has anyone experienced it where the season points/progress reset e.g put you back to level 1 on 0 xp but it still shows packs etc are claimed up to a certain level?

Not sure if this main thread is still active, but had this happen a few days ago on EA FC 26.

Same exact experience as what is detailed on posts here.
- I spent 1,000 FC points (~$10) for a premium season pass in-game.
- I played my way to get ~19,000 XP by completing in-game objectives.
- Season Pass XP suddenly reset back to 0 without any clear explanation or cause.
- There's no guarantee that enough XP points (~40,000 XP) will be released between now and the end of the season to complete the pass.
- Support says I'm not eligible to have this fixed, but likely the request was not in the right place.

Timestamp(s): Either December 11th or 12th afternoon can't recall exactly.
Any changes you've made on your account recently: No changes, don't have any other accounts.
The error message (if any): No error messages or explanation received.
Noted potentially relevant details:
- The XP counter on the top right was glitched where its count was not accurate.
- After it reset, the XP count displayed on the top-right was accurate.
- Was in-game when it occurred, on the FUT menus.
I'm looking forward to that level 35 low-driven+ evo, hopefully there's enough XP released to still make it from my current level. Though if this could be fixed that would be ideal.
