I am truly exhausted waiting for a solution. In the end, I was forced to completely format my system just to try to get the game running.
This is not a solution but rather a sign of despair due to the lack of proper support. Unfortunately, the help service has not been good.
I already submitted a ticket with ID 882eebee-7e39-48b5-bcc2-ca57ceaa79f4, and I have been waiting for more than 15 days without any response or resolution until now.
I had purchased FC25 and was excitedly waiting for FC26, but at this point I will just stick with the current version only because of my friends, not because of the enjoyment of playing the game itself.
