Still waiting on my packs

I did the season 6 weekly play a month ago Mar 16 and I have been and since I did it again and got it but I did not get the objective for the 1st completionist I should be on 2 but it’s says I’m on only one if I don’t get my objective I won’t have enough time for it to be completed and get teh 90x5 pack I would like this to be resolved quickly Ty
