String is present in Player Agent menu

POSSIBLE steps to reproduce:

1. Boot the title
2. Play 2 player career seasons as  a Romanian player (to have Olanda Vladimirescu as agent, I don't know if that is a must)
3. Advance untill you get a recommendation notification from the agent for a targeted club
