Teammate CAN'T see my GREEN when Time Finishing

Happens in Clubs and Rush (Both in UT and Clubs). 

Everytime.

When I successfully time a shot, I can see the green locally.

My teammates can't see it.

However, my opponents can see the green as I see it.
