EA_PulsarEA_VendceraI just don’t get the radio silence on this. Why are you just ghosting your paying customers? We paid for this Evo - didn’t get what was advertised & we paid for - so by any consumer law require to be compensated. This is just ridiculous at this point….

Yo guys, it’s good to know that the investigation is going, but can you let us know what stage your team is at right now? It doesn’t need to be super specific, but I want to know if it’s gonna be fixed soon or not. Are we looking at days? Weeks? If the answer is weeks, we need to complete an upcoming ST SBC.
Guys, it’s been nearly 3 weeks without any real updates. Hearing “we’re investing” is no longer satisfying; just tell us if the investigation is progressing well or not. I’m not even looking for a refund at this point.

Having the exact same issue with my thunderstruck Isak. Needs to be fixed asap. I spent 1000 points, any other company would refund and compensate if you paid for a faulty product but EA are taking their sweet time. Joke.
