To help with the investigation, could you let us know if you are playing FC 25 on both PS4 and PS5 or Xbox One and Xbox Series S/X?
Do you only experience the Season Pass being unavailable on 1 of the platforms?

I play on both Xbox one and Series X, it doesn't work on any platform.

I used to play on Xbox one but just recently got series x and played that version and it’s been unavailable for 2 days now, I can’t get it on companion app too.

in my case I play only in the Xbox X; the console died and I replaced it with a new one, that's when it started. Tried all the suggested fixes.

I play on PS5 and PC.On PC it's working flawlessly but on PS5 i can't access season pass since i bought the console

Check out this issue too, it's been going on since the beginning of the game and it gathered so much attention. A youtuber even made a video on it and you still won't even acknowledge it. The bug report has been hanging there for 19 days...

I play on ps5, my issue happened when I had to change console because my old one stopped working. Any updates would be appreciated

Ive been having this issue since buying the game 8 days ago on xbox series s. I have a pc with FC25 with same account name and the season pass works fine.
I have tried multiple different Internets home internet on 4th utility and took xbox to parents on being on virgin media, a mobile hot-spot using vodafone still I get the sane screen. I've Uninstalled the game, did a hard reset on the xbox, completely wiped xbox and installed again. Followed steps from EA agent about changing nat/internet settings. Added game to router firewall, Tried on external harddrive. Updated all info on ea and unlinked xbox from ea and re added. Same screen everytime everything else works fine on the game just no access to season rewards/pass.
On a side note I'm also unable to use the FC HUB on the app as it is locked but all other parts of the app are open.
I only bought this on the xbox as I've been getting alot of instability issues on the PC and have tried everything imaginable and couldn't resolve and i have a mid range PC that played eveything on ultra/high. Honestly this is worse. it was hard enough starting fresh on xbox but now I'm not even gaining xp or rewards for the hours I'm playing.

My son also has the issue of season pass currently unavailable. Has been so for several days now. When is this fixed?
