Its been a week since you sent this and two weeks since it began. What is being done and what is the compensation? I have missed all my rewards and i was going to buy the premium pass. Its disadvantaging loyal players.

I haven’t had access to the season pass, FC HUB or anything since buying the game new on Xbox X 3 weeks ago. It’s a joke, nothing you have suggested has worked and we are literally missing out on rewards that put us at an unfair disadvantage? When will this be fixed and when will we all be compensated with the full season ladder rewards? I will not be buying EA FC again if this issue persists.

I'm playing FC 25 on both PS5 and PC, but the Season Pass isn't working on PS5. (Haven't checked on PC yet.)

Could you follow these steps and provide your exact timestamp when you did? Include your time zone as well, for example, “at 11:36 AM UTC”.- Launch FC 25 and connect to EA Servers
- Enter Ultimate Team
- Enter Clubs (Pro Clubs)
- Enter EA Hub (Seasonal track)
Please also provide your EA ID/Gamertag/PSN ID.
