Getting an issue with season pass i dunno if it's just me or for everyone else please clarify ? But it states the service is unavailable and won't earn progression towards pass *paid for upgrade also?

Zachariah_todd is my PSN. My game and objectives are fixed but 13 days for no compensation is disgusting behaviour. You are actually disadvantaging loyal players because now im about 25 levels behind everyone else.

The investigation has been going on for a while. The team is now looking into more specific logs from affected players. So, if you want to help get this fixed, please go ingame, check for the Season Pass and provide us with the exact timestamp.
What do you mean timestamp? Whenever i logged into my game at any time of day it wasnt working. Whenever i went on clubs or career mode or ultimate team none of the xp was addded. My username is zachariah_todd. I just want compensation for the 3 weeks of affected and hinderd gameplay. Its unnaceptable.
I can view the season pass now on my Xbox, it says that I am level 14, however it’s not letting me press “A” button on my console to claim any of the rewards? Wtf I thought this was finally fixed but no. I can see the season ladder which I couldn’t before but I cannot claim any of my rewards? It still doesn’t work on app or web.

Update, it lets me claim the items on the series X version of EAFC but not the old version I play. Where is our compensation as we are levels behind everyone

Mine is reset to level 6 even after i did 3 evolutions, fut champs 2 weeks and rivals 3 weeks plus all of the daily objectoves and over 30 sbc's. My friends did the same and one of them finished the whole pass today.
It's been happening on PS5 since i got it so from 1st of may.I have no issues on PC.
