I also ask the EA advisor and he said indeed many players are facing this issue, so please help to fix and compensate the TOTS + EVO quota to us.
i am a great supporter of EA playing FIFA/ Fc since 2013 and paid great amount for FUT.
I am not requesting refund, just making a reasonable claim of this Bug and avoid further loss as many players need this TOTS+ EVO to do further EVO, this is the biggest loss if we can’t make it. Please make a reasonable fix and comfort us, again, grant us the TOTS+ EVO is the our key demands.
