TOTS Upgrade (Bundesliga Cup) not working properly

Hello! I have a Pascal Gross 93 evo and used the cosmetic to transform him in a TOTS. But i cant use the TOTS Upgrade even thought it appears available for Gross. Keep saying the server cant load and...
