Community ManagerSo it looks like the items you are trying to submit are TOTS Evolutions but the description clearly states that you can Upgrade one of your TOTS items (Except TOTS Evolutions) and receive and overall +1 for all attributes. It's not a bug.
No, once the TOTS+ evolution is applied, the item becomes a “Team of the Season”, thus results available and meets ALL the requirements for the TOTS Upgrade evolution (+1 for all attributes). This is indeed a bug, as the game recognizes the player item as a Team of the Season and fits the evolution, but it disconnects you from the servers once you select the player. Please fix this issue, I spent 25k on the TOTS+ evolution just so the player item received the “Team of the Season” item type status.EA_Hux
