I am unable to start TOTY Evo Star I. When choosing the EVO it reads:
"This action can't be performed because this Evolution has expired."
Since day 1 of this event, I have been receiving this error. Only 2 days left, am I out of luck with having a lesser defender than everyone else?
I've had the same problem. Thought it was a minor issue that would disappear/fix itself after a few days so I couldn't be bothered to go to EA Help but there's only a couple days left of the EVO and I still have the same problem. Please Help!!!
Many evolutions have two expiry dates:
1. Until when you have to choose a player for a the evolution.
2. Until when you have to complete the objectives.
The first already expired last week, so unfortunately you will not be able to do the evo anymore.
I'm aware that there are two expiry dates on evolutions but I had redeemed the evo two or three days after it was available in objectives and I still had the same problem. If it had truly expired at that point then I'll just take the L. It also had only one date at the time but I didn't think too much about it because I have previously done some evos that also had only one date on them.
The “unlock within” timer has nothing to do with when you redeem an evo from objectives.
Unlocking an evo means you have to pick a player and activate it within the time limit.
I think you misunderstand what I'm saying. When I redeemed the evo from objectives and went to check the evo there was no "unlock within" timer, there was only the "expires in" timer and this is not the only occasion where this has been the case. However what separates this occasion from the others is when I did select the evo to see which players are eligible to put into it, I got the same message in the image attached. I don't know exactly when the "unlock within" deadline was because for me it was never there to begin with but I redeemed the evo from the objectives once I completed it which was a couple days after the objective was available in the game.
